Re-Gasketing :
Cleaning:The degasketed plates undergo Chemical immersed in an agitated , heated thermostatically controlled bath.
Testing:Crack detection using penetrant fluoroscent dye under UV light . Every plate is also examined for fitting, presssing & distortion.
Re-Gasketing:Cleaned plates that pass testing are fitted with new gaskets. Gasket & Adhesive are selected for product stability curing facilities are also offered
